LinknLink Two-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing LinknLink. We are committed to delivering high-quality smart home products. This Limited Warranty covers eligible products for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

 


1. What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of the product. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, LinknLink will, at its option:

· Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts,

· Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or equivalent model, or

· Refund the purchase price of the product.

 


2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not apply to:

· Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification,

· Normal wear and tears,

· Products not purchased from authorized LinknLink resellers or distributors,

· Damage caused by external factors such as power surges or improper installation.

 

 

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To make a warranty claim, please contact the reseller from whom you purchased the product, or reach out to our support team with the following information:
(1) Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation),
(2)A description of the issue,
(3) 3.Photos or videos (if applicable).

4. Consumer Law Rights:

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under this limited warranty or under their consumer law rights.
